Enjoy the peaceful environment of the Gardens at Tudor Place while you close your eyes, stretch your muscles, and inhale deeply. 
 
Yoga in the gardens involve an introduction to the yoga principles of breath, alignment, and relaxation.  Each class is guided through basic yoga postures that invigorate the body with increased strength, flexibility, and range of motion, while calming the mind and opening the heart.  Class ends with meditation.  All levels welcome.  Please bring a yoga mat and wear loose, comfortable clothing.  Sabina Grewal, leads the class, and is a certified Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga instructor.
